Learn K.K. Phonetic Symbols Easily
Speak Correct and Fluent English!

Correct pronunciation is the key to English ability. While phonetic symbols appear to be some boring symbols, they can become more interesting if accompanied with vivid and meaningful illustrations and intentional words for practice. It is believed that students can learn beautiful and elegant pronunciation in a more relaxing and joyful atmosphere.

There seems to be no rules in how to pronounce an English word. In fact, mostly there are rules to follow: This book would guide students to understand voiceless consonants, voiced consonants, sibilant sounds, long and short vowels, diphthongs, and silent letters; it also lists rules of phonetic symbols in detail with which beginners can pronounce unfamiliar words. In addition, there are sentence and tongue-twister exercises so that students can get familiar with pronunciation principles naturally, further developing their abilities in recognizing and spelling words.

To make teachers' teaching even easier, this book also offers a Chinese/English CD recorded by professional foreign teachers for children to learn correct pronunciation! It is also suggested that teachers can purchase the homework book to keep up with children's step-by-step learning progress.

Color-print in the whole book, along with vivid and meaningful illustrations.
