     How can we write the perfect comments in English to describe students’ daily progress? How can contact books be used most effectively for communication between parents and teachers?
Contact books are the main tool of communication between parents and teachers. Because it’s so common, many people see it as a chore and forget that it is actually a very important path of communication. Using the contact book, teachers can share students’ progress, whether students are doing well or not, with the parents periodically. And thus parents are able to help students overcome obstacles and play a key role in the students’ education.

     This book provides with key to communication with parents so that teachers can become better communicators and communicate successfully with parents on problems with their students and how they can be solved. Contents and design for different age students are also included.

     Series of both positive and negative phrases and comments are included for all occasions so that the most appropriate comments can be made. This also helps with communication between teachers of different native languages.

     “Contact and Communicate” provides teachers with the useful phrases so that their comments will no longer be redundant. The entire book is written in both English and Chinese and is a useful tool for any teacher. It is our hope that parents and teachers can build a long-term form of communication, with the betterment of the students’ education in mind.
