Improve Teacher-Parent Communication Efficiently!


     As communication books are the major tool in communication between English teachers and parents, how can busy teachers shorten time spent in writing communication book while establishing effective communication with parents?

     Communication Book offers abbreviations of all phrases used in English teachers’ communication books. For example, sounds and letters are abbreviated as S/L; student book as SB, and so on. Teachers can reduce a great amount of time writing in the communication book and parents can understand teachers’ messages by checking an abbreviation chart.

Everything can be completely tracked and recorded. Through “Contact Matters” in the end of each page, teachers can notify parents about their children’s progress, as well their learning strengths and weaknesses— effective communication!

     To further assist busy teachers write rich, diversified, and effective comments in “Contact Matters,” there is “Have You Written in the Communication Book Yet?” which collects various replies and comments in different situations, offers key points during teacher-parent communication, and provides practical strategies in solving problems. This is essential for English all teachers!
